I was lucky to get the referral from head office: this was one of four. Great way to start a career. A recent Referral to her new home in Alymer P.Q. from B.C. a great lady. Makes it truely a pleasure to serve. Not Bad: for the end justifying the means. A recent new sale in Aurora looking: for a condo downtown Toronto. Sold for 99+% of asking in 3 weeks. Lets hope we can find a match for her~! Know what: I bet we can. |

Result: on Thornhill land parcel, Listed by Neil Cushing for $1.2M sold by Blake Cushing 1988 for $1.2M. Lot size 186 X 500. Developer tore down existant substantial structure, and on spec built these two. They sold at the time for total of $6M. |

Unimproved building lot highest price paid to that point for resedential dev. land on street. Or lot of this size in the Thornhill area. $565,000. Now look what they have gone and done. Incidentally: this home is zoned as a rooming house, I wonder if the current owners are taking advantage of this? |
